Dedication

This book is dedicated to Joan Mathieu, who passed away in November of 2003. She has been my inspiration through our many years of marriage. I wear her wedding band with my wedding rings, as a symbal of her love and protection of our vows. My mother loved Stephen dearly, and told me so often. She was my best friend, and I could always count on her to help me through the most difficult times. Mom, you are my angel.
